All of our products comply with the Coeliac Society’s requirements both here and in Spain. They are also certificated against the even stricter requirements of the Spanish FACE third party certification scheme which has a gluten limit 90% lower than the UK Coeliac Society’s limit.
Even so, we realise that many customers want to know exactly what is in their food therefore we have listed out below the ingredients and basic nutritional information for all our products. This information is also on the product labels. For those who are allergic to lactose we have also shown below which products are lactose free. Egg, yeast and soya are listed in the ingredients.
Please note that there may be an occasion when ingredients change and we have not updated this list when you order. If you have particular allergies then please check the label. We will be happy to refund or exchange goods if ingredients differ between this list and the labels. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Long shelf life means savings through bulk orders
Shelf life is the length of time between manufacture and Best Before Date. Part baked breads, pizza and cakes are packed in a protective atmosphere and have a 5 month shelf life. Breadcrumbs and bread mix have a 9 month life whilst biscuits have 12 months. Pasta has a shelf life of two years. Please bear in mind that these are maximum periods.
