Finding gluten free food that tastes good and has a good texture is not easy. So when we found the Beiker brand on holiday in Spain in Summer 2005 we were delighted. Then we realised that they did not supply the UK market, so there was only one thing to do. Yes, set up a company to import and sell Beiker breads, cakes, biscuits, pastas and other items. A bit extreme some might say, but we think that once you have tried Beiker, you will see why we did it.
